Lake Park Crescent Service Collaborative

The goal of the Lake Park Crescent Collaborative is to encourage community integration and family stabilization amongst its residents. The Collaborative members include, Abraham Lincoln Centre, Draper and Kramer, Field Museum’s Center For Cultural Understanding and Change, and Chicago Housing Authority. 

The Community-Building Plan is to present a vision and framework for the provision of supportive services, programs and other community-building activities for the current and future residents of Lake Park Crescent.  It is intended to address both short-term and long-term issues and needs that Lake Park Crescent residents will encounter, as it becomes an established, mixed-income community.
