Child & Youth Outpatient Services
The Abraham Lincoln Centre provides programs that strengthen the immediate and long-range quality of life for children, adolescents and their families. Our objective is to maintain and expand a comprehensive care system that meets the mental health needs for our community residents through counseling, therapeutic services and activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Children ages 3 - 17.
- Diagnosed with severe emotional and behavioral problems.
- Walk-ins are welcome, but we also accept referrals to the program from the Department of Human Services (DHS), Board of Education, Local Area Networks (LANs), police department, hospitals, and other agencies.

- Medicaid eligible
