SENIOR SERVICES

Seniors in communities served by Abraham Lincoln Centre can come for activities designed to promote their overall health and well-being. Seniors meet twice a month. Activities include information sessions to get advances in healthcare, meet with local healthcare providers to take part in screenings, general group planning and social interaction. Consultants are brought in to check and monitor the participants’ health and living conditions.

Services Offered:

Case Management Services – wellness checks, home visits, referrals to services for housing, counseling, employment and legal aid.

Group Activities – monthly meetings, local and out of state outings

and annual retreats.

Involvement in Abraham Lincoln Centre Programming – computer classes, arts & crafts, special events and recreational activities.

No fee.
